- SSV uses an Environmental Management System (EMS) approach and a “Plan–Do–Check– Adjust” cycle

- Marianna Grossman, Executive Director
Prior to SSV, Marianna was Partner for Sustainability and Innovation for Minerva Consulting, where she worked with entrepreneurs, business and civic leaders, educators, faith communities and others to take action on climate change and other complex environmental and societal challenges. She has been an investor and advisor to startups, and her corporate experience spans the automotive, computer and semiconductor industries. She earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA cum laude and with distinction in Policy Studies from Dartmouth College.
