Drew is a top strategist for many of IBM’s key business imperatives including Energy & Environment (Cleantech) and Cloud Computing. A serial “intrapreneur", Drew has led a range of internal startup initiatives, including a key role in formation of IBM's Internet Division. He has helped lead several of IBM's most innovative development initiatives – including creation of IBM’s Internet unit, Web 2.0 and Cloud Computing units. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Western Carolina University in 1978 and has completed coursework toward a PhD in Theoretical Plasma Physics at the University of Texas Austin.

Mike moved to Silicon Valley in 2008, after living in Washington DC for over 13 years. Mike’s life's work involves promoting stronger and more sustainable businesses and communities. He has held jobs in the non-profit, government, and private sectors, including posts with a number of consulting firms, the White House Council on Environmental Quality, and the National Estuary Program. His direct experience encompasses assignments in the developed and developing world, where his work requires close collaboration with business, non-profits, local and national governments, and bi- and multi-lateral donor organizations. Prior to joining SVLG, Mike was the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Sustainable Business Network of Washington, a non-partisan not-for-profit dedicated to working with companies and local governments to advance the principles of corporate social responsibility. Mike holds a Master's degree in Public Policy, with a specialization in Ecological Economics, and a B.S. in Environmental Science. Mike recently was named to the Cambridge Who's Who. He is also on the Advisory Board for Green at Work Magazine.

Rosemary's business focuses on water policy, non-profit development and communications.
For 17 years, Rosemary served as one of 7 board members responsible for water policy development and management oversight of the Santa Clara Valley Water District. As previous VP of Development and Senior Manager at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, Rosemary was responsible for the leadership and management of the fund development department in 7 regions in California and Northern Nevada. She has experience as past a Media Specialist for the U.S Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census. She also had managed and performed a full range of management functions for the family owned horticulture business. Rosemary has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an M.U.P in Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University.

As a policy maker and planner, Jamie works to promote the sustainable use of water and energy. She co-founded the Santa Clara County Green Building Coalition, and helped develop regional policy for phasing out single-use carryout bags and polystyrene for take-out food containers. Her experience includes environmental analysis and design of mitigation programs, organizational effectiveness and capacity building, community dispute mediation, reconstruction of schools in Bosnia and Kosovo, and assisting refugees attain self-sufficiency.
She holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MRP in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University, and completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard University.

Heyward Robinson, Ph.D.

Heyward's work focuses on developing novel optical and electronic materials for emerging applications in optics, renewable energy, and information processing. In 2006, Heyward was elected to the Menlo Park City Council. He served as Menlo Park’s Vice Mayor in 2008 and as Mayor in 2009. In 2007, he co-founded Menlo Park’s Green Ribbon Citizen’s Committee (GRCC). Heyward was also on the Board of Directors of the San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority (serving as Board Chair in 2009 and 2010), the Dumbarton Rail Policy Committee and the San Mateo County Congestion Management and Environmental Quality Committee.
Heyward and his wife Joanna Mountain were presented Menlo Park’s 2002 Environmental Quality Award for their “outstanding efforts to conserve energy and water and to reduce pollution and waste” as they remodeled their Menlo Park home. Heyward holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford.

Andrew Barnes is the Founder of Asia Cleantech Partners. He has ten years of experience with corporate real estate and facilities, energy efficiency initiatives, and utility cost recovery programs as the Managing Director of National NNN Investment Group and the Founder of Greenworks Utility Billing.
Prior to this he spent ten years in Tokyo and Hong Kong in the wireless and telecom sectors.
Andrew holds a Masters of Commerce from Waseda University in Tokyo and a B.A. from Penn State University. He has worked at the United Nations and has completed economics study at the Universitat zu Koln in Germany.
Ray Martin

Ray is a product developer who enjoys driving new product development programs to successful completion. Ray is Vice President of Technology for Daewon, and in this role he evaluates new green technologies and he develops high-efficiency LED lighting products.
Ray cofounded Power Knot, an energy efficiency products company, worked ar Articmaster, Asyst Technologies, and for 14 years in Intel's Technology Development organization in technical and managerial roles.
Ray holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and certificate of energy engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a masters of science degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University. He is named inventor on ten US patents, has published fifteen technical articles, is a trained mediator, and was adjunct professor at Santa Clara University teaching a course in new product development with an emphasis on rapid time to market.
